No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Free Replacements
While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly send you a free replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and issue

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Additional Notes

  • Replacements are only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We do not offer replacements for normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery.
  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.
